Hadron Computer
Forensics and Investigations is operated by Joseph R. Cipollini. Mr.
Cipollini's distinguished career includes 31-years of combined service as a
Ventura County District Attorney's Office Investigator as well as a Ventura
County Deputy Sheriff. Mr. Cipollini, an EnCE certified computer forensics
examiner, was a lead examiner for the Southern California High Technology Task
Force-Camarillo Laboratory.
During his nine
year tenure at the High Technology Task Force, Mr. Cipollini conducted hundreds
of digital forensic examinations from homicides to official misconduct. Mr.
Cipollini has testified as forensic computer expert witness on numerous
occasions, most recently for the California Attorney General's Office in a
multiple defendant jury trial for conspiracy to commit murder of a deputy
district attorney.
While assigned to
the Southern California High Technology Task Force, Mr. Cipollini provided
training to police officers, detectives, probation officers, citizens, and
prosecutors. The topics included: Identification of Digital Evidence,
Investigation of High Technology Crimes, Internet Crimes, and authoring Search
Warrants.
As a forensic
examiner, Mr. Cipollini received two renowned awards within the field:
- 2009 High Technology Crime
Investigations Association-Case of the Year
- 2010 Guidance Software
Computer Enterprise & Investigations Conference (CEIC) Excellence in
Computer Forensics Award
Accolades
Throughout Mr.
Cipollini's career, he received accolades from prosecutors, defense attorneys,
judges, and jurors. The comments included:
